XRDC invites you to learn about regenerative culture from professional facilitator and ally, Ryan McAllister. The goal of this workshop is to provide an intro to creating an organizational culture that is supportive and welcoming. Topics include noticing and responding to vulnerability and distress, supportive listening, vibes-watching, and facilitating conversation for those in conflict.
